THE ROLE As International Mobility Lead, you will own and develop our international mobility approach, supporting employees and the business on cross-border moves and assignments. You will act as the key point of contact for mobility topics, balancing employee experience, business needs and compliance requirements. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Lead and coordinate international transfers and mobility cases end-to-end. - Advise HR teams, managers and employees on mobility options and requirements. - Manage and continuously improve mobility policies and processes. - Coordinate immigration, tax, social security and payroll topics with internal teams and external providers. - Ensure a smooth and consistent employee experience throughout the mobility journey. - Manage mobility partners and vendors, ensuring quality and cost-effective delivery. - Monitor mobility activity and provide relevant reporting and insights. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Strong experience in International / Global Mobility within an international HR environment. - Good knowledge of mobility topics, including immigration, tax, social security and cross-border employment, benefits. - Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to partner effectively with HR teams, managers and employees. - A pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to navigate complex situations. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple mobility cases and priorities. - A low-ego, team-first mindset WHAT WE OFFER We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance.
